Delete your Revia account

Revia is an app by Skala Marketing LLC. You can delete your account and your data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Revia and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. The account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Write to soporte@revialocal.app from your account's email with the subject "Delete my account". We will check that the account is yours, delete it within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and your sign-in.
• Your businesses and locations in Revia, with drafts, scheduled posts, saved statistics, position checks and assistant settings.
• The connection to your Google profiles and the notifications on your phone.

What stays

• What you already posted on Google (replies, posts, photos and profile changes): you can delete it from Google.
• Your subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, because deleting your account does not cancel it.
• The purchase records Apple, Google and our subscription provider keep as required by law.
• Our providers' backups, which roll over on their usual cycle.
