Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Revia, an app by Skala Marketing LLC ("we"), a company registered in Florida, United States. By creating an account or using Revia you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

1. The service

Revia helps you manage your business's Google Business Profile: reading and replying to reviews with the help of artificial intelligence, posting updates, editing profile details, seeing statistics and checking your position on Google Maps. Revia is not a Google product and is not affiliated with Google. Some features depend on Google and other providers and may change or stop being available.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and use Revia for businesses you manage or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the activity of your account and for keeping your sign-in secure, and you must give us accurate information.

3. What you post

You decide what is posted on Google and you are responsible for that content: replies, posts, photos and profile changes. The AI suggests texts you can review and edit. If you turn on automatic posting for a location, you authorize Revia to post on your behalf the replies the assistant prepares; you can pause it at any time. You must follow Google's policies, including its review policies: for example, do not offer anything in exchange for a review or ask only happy customers for one.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Revia to post illegal, misleading or offensive content or content that infringes others' rights; to manage profiles that are not yours to manage; to interfere with the service or access it without authorization; or to copy or resell it.

5. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid plan. Subscriptions are bought in the App Store or Google Play, charged to your store account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. If the plan includes a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends. Charges and refunds follow Apple's or Google's terms; manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Deleting your Revia account does not cancel the subscription. On iPhone and iPad, use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard license agreement.

6. Your content and ours

Your content is yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service: showing it, preparing drafts and posting it on Google when you ask or allow it. Revia, its brand and its software are ours.

7. Artificial intelligence

Texts suggested by the AI may contain mistakes. Review them before posting and, if you use automatic posting, check what was posted from time to time.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Revia running well, but the service is provided "as is" and may have interruptions. We may change or stop offering features; if a significant change affects your plan, we will let you know.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or customers, or for what Google or other providers do. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for Revia in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States, without prejudice to the rights the consumer protection laws of your country give you.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change them, we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, let you know in the app. If you keep using Revia, you accept the updated terms.
